Worxspace

A B2B platform that runs technology parks: companies, spaces, service requests and accounting in one CRM, plus the public sites. We designed the architecture and built all of it.

One system for a whole park

Worxspace is software for managing technology parks. A park is run by a team and seen by the outside world through its website, and those two sides usually live in separate tools that do not know about each other.

We built Worxspace as one system: a CRM for the people who run the park, the public websites the park is seen through, and a control module that manages both.

Companies, spaces, requests, money

The CRM holds the companies in the park, the commercial spaces they occupy, the service requests they raise and the accounting behind all of it.

Bank accounts connect through Salt Edge, invoices go out through Romania's national e-Factura system, and a separate worker runs the background jobs, so the books follow the park without anyone re-typing them.

Architecture first

We were responsible for the whole build: the architecture, the data model, every rule the CRM works by, the backend behind it and the interfaces on top.

The difficulty was not any single screen but the size of the system: many roles, processes and pages that all have to agree with each other. So the architecture came first — one typed codebase for the app, the API, the worker and the database, with role-based access across every screen.

Websites run from the same place

The public websites are not a separate project. They are managed from the same control module as the CRM, so the team changes what the outside world sees in the same place they run the park.
