A marketing website for Squads, a global network of full-stack development teams, with light and dark themes and 60% faster pages.

Squads is a global network of full-stack development teams that companies hire as a unit instead of assembling specialists one by one. The site had to explain that to three different readers — startups, enterprises and developers who want to join — and show the teams themselves: how long they have worked together, how many projects they have shipped and what they build with.
We designed and built the site from scratch: bright shapes on a dark ground, highlighted words in the headlines, and a light theme that follows the visitor's system setting.
A live prototype stayed online the whole time, so the Squads product team reviewed real pages rather than mockups, and the site kept growing after launch.
Content lives in Contentful, so the Squads team publishes without a developer. Technical SEO work helped search engines index the pages, and front-end optimisation made the site 60% faster.
